We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. In addition, we offer several financing options with Vanco Services, EFT, OFP (Capital One) and CareCredit. We also offer in-house financing with 1/3 down and monthly payments, and we provide a 5% discount for customers who pay in full at the time of the initial treatment. We are a preferred provider with Health Choice, Delta, Careington, Protective Dental Advantage, United Concordia and MetLife.

We are happy to file insurance claims for customer convenience. The professional services will be charged to you the day of the appointment and the benefit will be mailed to you directly from the insurance company. This office cannot accept responsibility for collecting your insurance or for negotiating a settlement on a disputed claim. You are responsible for payment of your account within the limits of our credit policy.

Fees
Our accounts are contract agreements that include all office visits during active treatment and any emergency appointments.

There are times when additional charges are necessary:

1. Lack of cooperation by patient, which prolongs treatment.
2. After the first bracket/band, $10 per bracket/band to rebond.
3. After the third missed appointment, $10 charge.
4. Following the first year of retention, an office fee will be charged.
5. All payments due on the 15th of each month.
